Your team contact must register your entire team using the form provided below. Only one registration per team is required. Payment is made separately.

Team members paying individually may do so as per below. Please indicate the team you are on if possible.
Payment is accepted between August 1st and October 1st by e-transfer to [email protected] or by cheque, debit, or visa at our office Monday – Thursday 9-4pm.
Early Bee Sur-Prize draw!
Registration and Payment received by the entire team by September 1st grants each team member an entry in the prize draw.
